Give Us Your Feedback

Today is a time of change in the utility industry. Utilities must embrace innovation and move quickly to find new and better ways to deliver affordable, reliable and environmentally sensitive energy services to you, our customer-owners.

From time to time, OPPD’s Board of Directors will call upon customers to provide feedback on specific topics. Your feedback is used to help shape OPPD’s decisions and how we operate now and in the future.

We invite you to be part of the conversation. Please review the following information and give us your input.

Today’s Topic:
Preliminary 2021 Corporate Operating Plan

OPPD is seeking input regarding the preliminary 2021 Corporate Operating Plan (COP). The COP lays out OPPD’s budget roadmap for 2021 and provides customers and interested partners with insight into OPPD’s plans for the coming year.

Please watch a video presentation about the COP given by Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Javier Fernandez during the Nov. 10 Board of Directors committee meeting. You may also view the COP presentation here. You can read the COP document here.

Use the comment form below to give the board your feedback. Please allow three business days for OPPD to respond to any questions you may have.

The deadline for comments is Thursday, Dec. 3. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Next Steps:

OPPD’s board of directors and senior management review all comments for consideration. Modifications will be discussed during the December board committee meeting. The board will then vote on the COP at the December board meeting. If the COP passes, the COP will be the guiding document for the 2021 budget.
