March 2026 Update

Foundations are complete and structures are up in the air north of the Platte River. We are beginning to string wire in sections north of the river and eventually will string over the river (set for early April). In Cass County, foundation work progresses along 144th Street. Distribution construction continues along Mill Road and survey work continues as necessary.

While wreck-out of the old line continues, our contractor has started hauling poles and rebar cages to the structure locations. The public may notice some heavy trucks and equipment unloading the poles at the structure locations along the roads and in OPPD easements. Please do not enter active worksites and allow plenty of space for crews and equipment.
